Position Overview:
Working as a Conversational Chat Agent, you’ll become a trusted advisor to shoppers browsing eCommerce platforms—think fashion boutiques or accessory retailers. Your focus will be on customers who are ready to buy, meaning you’ll skip the difficult prospecting phase and concentrate on delivering genuine support. Come aboard and help customers discover exactly what they’re seeking!
Responsibilities:
You’ll spend your time delivering customer support and facilitating sales through our chat platform. This means assisting customers who are actively shopping and making sure each interaction results in a positive, hassle-free transaction.
Rate: $35 per hour
Prerequisites:
- Computer, smartphone, or tablet at your disposal
- Stable internet connection
- Solid written English communication abilities
Skills/Background Needed:
This role welcomes entry-level candidates, and comprehensive onboarding is included. Previous live chat work experience is not necessary.
