You’ll play a key role in evaluating various mobile and web applications, creating detailed technical assessments and constructive feedback to improve app performance and overall user satisfaction. Working remotely gives you the advantage of completing assignments from anywhere, making this perfect for driven professionals who excel in independent, digital work environments.
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly (Varies based on application complexity and documentation depth required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive evaluations of multiple mobile and web-based applications, examining their features and operational performance.
- Record findings, technical observations, and end-user interactions with precision and clarity.
- Work alongside engineering and product teams to communicate discovered issues, interface problems, and actionable recommendations.
- Produce detailed technical manuals, instructional content, and reference materials for both users and development professionals.
- Keep current with emerging technologies and app development innovations to deliver valuable assessments and commentary.
Skills/background needed:
- Prior hands-on experience with technical documentation, specializing in app and software quality assurance.
- Solid familiarity with mobile and web application ecosystems, capable of expertly testing across different systems.
- Polished communication abilities—both written and spoken—paired with meticulous attention to accuracy.
- Demonstrated capability to work self-reliantly, organize your workload, and consistently deliver on schedule.
