We’re actively recruiting individuals to engage with customers through live chat messaging on Instagram Checkout. This role is emerging and growing rapidly, and we’re committed to bringing talented people on board.
All positions are based online, so you have the flexibility to work from any location. We do have a strong preference for candidates located in the United States, however.
What you will be doing:
We’re looking for a chat support representative to join our growing team and deliver customer service via the Instagram Checkout chat system. Your responsibilities will include promptly and courteously addressing customer questions, troubleshooting problems, and furnishing details about our offerings.
The right fit will demonstrate strong communication abilities in both writing and conversation, along with solid multitasking capabilities. You’ll need to be self-motivated and capable of managing several concurrent chat interactions. Prior customer service experience would be valuable, yet isn’t essential for consideration.

Rate: $35 per hour
Prerequisites: You’ll require access to a desktop, smartphone, or mobile device along with stable internet service. Fundamental proficiency in written English is also necessary.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level chat support roles where thorough onboarding is included, so previous experience with paid chat support isn’t required.
