We’re looking for Social Media Engagement Specialists to respond to customer messages and provide thoughtful solutions to questions, problems, and feedback. You’ll be engaging with clients through messaging platforms and social channels to resolve their inquiries and provide support.
Responsibilities: Your main focus will be helping online businesses grow their presence across social platforms by performing various engagement tasks. You can use any device—smartphone, tablet, or computer with Android or iOS capability. Prior experience with social media strategies isn’t required since we’re looking for someone at the beginning of their career and we offer full onboarding and guidance. Your day-to-day activities will include posting content, engaging with followers, sharing media on various platforms, all with detailed instructions to guide you through each step.
Prerequisites: You’ll need a working device such as a computer, phone, or tablet paired with stable internet access. Solid written communication in English is essential. This opportunity is perfect for anyone starting out in the social media field, and extensive guidance will be offered throughout. Prior paid work in social media marketing is not a requirement.
Location: Position available entirely online from any location, with preference given to applicants based in the United States, though international applications are welcome.
Contract Length: Full-Time.
Rate: $35 per hour.
