What you will be doing: You’ll respond to customers in real-time through live chat platforms integrated into company websites and social media channels. Your conversations might address technical issues from current users or answer product inquiries from prospective customers.
Contract length: Ongoing, flexible arrangement
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer that supports social media platforms and web-based chat tools. Comfortable working autonomously without constant supervision. Capable of adhering to detailed guidelines and protocols. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection required.
Hours per week: Minimum 10 hours weekly
