Your primary responsibility in this role involves communicating with site visitors using real-time chat platforms such as Facebook Messenger. You’ll manage incoming live chat inquiries for multiple clients without any requirement for face-to-face contact. The position is completely remote, giving you the freedom to work from any location with stable internet access.
Working as a live chat support specialist, you’ll receive payment for handling customer messages on company websites and social channels. Your day-to-day activities include addressing customer questions, sharing product links, and promoting special offers.
Rate: $35 per hour
Prerequisites: A computer, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with dependable internet service. You’ll also need foundational English writing proficiency.
Skills/background needed: These positions are beginner-friendly with no experience required. Full training will be supplied to help you succeed in this role.
