We’re expanding our customer support team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to work as Online Chat Representatives. In this role, you’ll be the digital voice connecting with customers, helping them find solutions, resolving their questions, and discovering ways to better support their purchasing journey.
This position is entirely virtual with no in-person meetings required. You’ll be communicating exclusively via digital channels like Facebook Messenger, providing real-time chat support to visitors on company websites and their social platforms. Since everything happens online, you have the flexibility to work from anywhere with an internet connection.
Rate: $35 per hour
Prerequisites: A functional device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with stable internet access. You’ll need foundational written communication abilities in English.
Skills/background needed: This is a beginner-friendly opportunity perfect for those new to chat support roles. We provide thorough onboarding and training, so no previous live chat experience is required.
Location: Fully remote work available internationally, though we particularly welcome applications from candidates based in the United States.
