This position involves downloading and evaluating various mobile apps, then crafting detailed write-ups about your findings to help our community choose the best options. It’s an ideal starting point for anyone interested in breaking into app evaluation and tech content creation without needing any background experience. Working from your own space, you’ll sample diverse applications and empower our readers to make confident decisions about which apps suit their needs.
Roles: Your primary responsibility will involve installing apps on your mobile device and systematically testing their features. Afterward, you’ll compose brief assessments documenting your experience and highlighting any issues encountered.
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour (Compensation varies based on app complexity and the thoroughness needed in your assessment)
Prerequisites: Ownership or access to at least one device from this list: iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet
Contract length: Flexible, no minimum commitment required
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate diverse mobile apps across multiple categories including entertainment, wellness, utilities, and education.
- Create compelling and comprehensive reviews detailing your hands-on testing journey.
- Share observations regarding performance, design, features, and user satisfaction.
