Your work will be essential in addressing customer concerns, walking them through solutions, and creating great experiences. What you will be doing: In this role, you’ll respond to real-time chat inquiries on company websites and social platforms. Your responsibilities will involve answering customer questions, sharing relevant product links, and communicating available promotions.
Contract length: Flexible, no minimum commitment required.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can run social media and web chat platforms. Capacity to work autonomously without supervision. Willingness to adhere closely to provided protocols and guidelines. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Strong, consistent internet connection required.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly.
Location: Work from anywhere with internet access (based in United States strongly preferred).
