We’re looking for people with strong written communication abilities to join our team as Virtual Conversation Support Specialists. This position plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service via chat platforms such as website chat widgets or social media messaging, offering assistance to customers from anywhere in the world.
What you will be doing: In this position, you’ll earn money by responding to incoming messages through live chat systems on company websites and their social profiles. Your responsibilities will span answering customer inquiries, sharing relevant product links, and promoting available offers.
Contract length: Flexible, with no predetermined end date.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Skills/background needed: You’ll need equipment capable of running social media platforms and participating in web-based chat (Smartphone/Computer/Desktop). Self-motivation and the capacity to work without direct oversight are essential. You must demonstrate strong attention to detail when executing established protocols. A minimum of 5+ hours weekly availability is required. You’ll also need stable, dependable internet access.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly.
Location: Work from anywhere with internet access globally (with preference for candidates in the United States).
