In addition, these specialists respond to live customer messages, document interactions in designated systems, reference support materials, and apply problem-solving skills to address client needs efficiently.
Responsibilities: In this entry-level capacity, you will support businesses in expanding their online presence and audience engagement across social platforms. The work can be completed using a smartphone or tablet equipped with Android or iOS software. Previous background in social media promotion isn’t needed—this beginner-friendly role includes full onboarding and guidance. Daily tasks include composing social posts, engaging with page interactions, sharing multimedia content to various platforms, all with clear, detailed instructions provided every step of the way.
Prerequisites: Success in this position requires a computer, mobile device, or tablet along with stable internet access. Proficiency in fundamental English communication is essential. These opportunities are tailored for people starting their careers in social media work, and full training support will be offered. Previous paid social media experience is not a requirement.
Rate: $35 per hour
