In this remote role, you’ll connect with customers through written communication on their websites and via Facebook Messenger, helping them with their questions and needs. Please note that this opportunity does not require any phone-based communication.
Day-to-day, you’ll be managing incoming messages from live chat platforms and social media channels for businesses. Your duties will encompass answering customer questions, sharing relevant product information, and helping customers take advantage of promotional offers.
Contract length: Ongoing without a set end date
Rate: $35 per hour
Prerequisites: You’ll need access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet that can connect to messaging platforms and web chat systems, the ability to work without direct supervision, a commitment to following guidelines precisely, minimum availability of 5 hours weekly, and stable internet access.
Hours per week: 5 ? 40 hours
Location: Fully remote position available globally, with preference given to applicants located within the United States.
