Description: Working as a Real-Time Chat Support Specialist means you’ll be matched with a particular organization and tasked with providing prompt, friendly responses to customer inquiries via their chat platform. New to this field? No problem—we’ll equip you with all the training you need to handle customer conversations with confidence. Plus, our support supervisors are there whenever you need guidance or have questions.
Job Details:
- Contract length: Ongoing, with no set end date
- Rate: $35 hourly
- Skills/background needed: Access to a reliable device (smartphone, computer, or tablet) that can connect to website chats and social platforms, comfort working autonomously, strong attention to following guidelines, a minimum of 5 hours weekly availability, and stable internet access.
- Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
- Location: Fully remote opportunity available internationally, with priority given to candidates in the United States.
