In this role, you’ll engage with customers through live chat on websites and social platforms, responding to questions and delivering excellent service. What you will be doing: Your primary responsibility will involve responding to live chat inquiries across various business websites and social media channels. You’ll address customer questions, provide relevant product links, and communicate promotional offers to assist with sales.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing arrangement with no set end date
Rate: $35 hourly wage
Skills/background needed: Require access to a compatible device for using social media platforms and website chat tools (Smartphone/Tablet/Computer). Capacity to manage tasks independently. Strong attention to detail when following documented guidelines and processes. Minimum 5+ hours weekly available. Stable, dependable internet connection required.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
Location: Fully remote opportunity available internationally (US-based candidates preferred).
