What you will be doing:
Your primary responsibility as a conversation specialist will be responding to incoming messages from users and interested prospects in real time. Your tasks will involve addressing inquiries, sharing relevant promotional materials, and communicating special offers. It’s straightforward work suited for a personable individual with functional English communication abilities.
Rate: $35 per hour
Prerequisites: You’ll need a computer, smartphone, or tablet along with stable internet access. Functional written English proficiency is also required.
Skills/background needed: These positions are designed for people new to the field—comprehensive onboarding and guidance are included, and previous experience with chat support roles isn’t expected or required.
